We understand that shopping online can be challenging. Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of our photos, we want to offer you additional peace of mind. To this end, we are excited to introduce our Free Product Consultations.
This service allows you to speak directly with our product team via video call and see the product firsthand. It's the next best thing to seeing it in person.
Terms + Exclusions
1.) Eligibility: Product consultations are available for most items on our website except for clearance items, out-of-stock products, and specific excluded products listed below.
2.) Consultation Limitations:
- Each consultation session is limited to a maximum of two products.
- Consultations are intended to provide the best possible context before you purchase, however, all relevant return policies remain irrespective of the consultation.
- For consultations involving bean bag products, specific fabrics will be shown separately from filled bean bags to provide a comprehensive understanding of the material and design.
3.) Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for product consultations:
- Clearance items
- Out-of-stock items
- Items requiring complex assembly
4.) Booking: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking platform. Availability may vary, and we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.
