Feedback after I posted a review

She explained that the items I received did not reflect the level of quality the company strives to deliver. She truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue and sincerely apologized for the disappointment I experienced. Her professionalism and integrity were outstanding, and she has completely restored my confidence in this company.

Christmas present
I purchased the lounge as a Christmas gift for my nearly 2 yr old Granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. Fits perfectly into her room and her mum and dad can move it to the living room with ease.

Quality nothing like they used to be
Company is great and it was delivered fast however I’m very disappointed in the product. I purchased hanging chairs from your company probably 5 years or so ago and they were incredible! We had years worth of use out of them and never an issue and used them almost every day. We just thought it was time to freshen up and replace with new ones. The original weave was a lot finer and you could almost lay right out in them, however the same ones are no longer available. The new hammock chairs are identical looking to my old ones from you but with thicker and more open weaves. First time sitting in them (we ordered 2) one of them almost came undone and the weaves are all messed up. No way near as comfortable as the old ones you used to sell, even with cushions in them and unfortunately one is already broken and there is no way the other one will last any way near as long as the ones you used to sell.

Regret Purchase
It is standard foam, there is nothing premium about it. The quality does not justify the price at all and feels very poor value. Delivery took almost a month, which added to the frustration. Overall, we regret both the purchase and the amount paid, and would not recommend this product.
