Beautiful lights, difficult to install
Gorgeous lights, very elegant. Difficult to install as the cap is not moveable so wiring them and getting them onto the hook with the gold cap in the way was virtually impossible. No detailed instructions to help.

An Excellent Product
I am a first time customer with Ivory & Deene and I am so glad I purchased my son's Foam Filling - Full - Regular 100cm Bean Bag from them! Excellent quality, materials and parts were carefully thought of for children's safety. I also read their company's history and its mission. We share the same values. I am sure I will order again in the near future.

Very stylish chess set
Looks great for contemporary spaces and excellent service in delivery. Mine turned up with a crack in it but a new one was sent express immediately and arrived in perfect condition.

Elegant lights and great service
We absolutely love these pendant lights from Ivory & Deene. We purchased three for a space above our kitchen island. They look beautiful in our home and really finish the space off perfectly. We did have a small issue with one of the pendants, but Caitlyn was lovely to deal with. She was so helpful, kept me updated and went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted properly. Really happy with how everything was handled and would definitely recommend Ivory & Deene.

I have loved doing business with Ivory and Deene! Caitlin has been a pleasure to deal with and was able to assist me with an exchange very professionally. The lampshades I ordered are just as I hoped they would be, and were delivered promptly and securely. A great experience!

Beautiful pendants, exactly what I needed. Quality is so good and will add a feature to the corner where they will be installed. Can’t wait to see them up. Delivery was very timely.
