My review is for great customer service from Jessie. Jesse was very helpful in facilitating my warranty for the dream pod. A replacement part was organised and I really appreciated that your company also took back the defective cushion./foam. Unfortunately the dream pod still is a bit wonky and my daughter no longer feels comfortable on it, perhaps she has outgrown it. Either way, truly appreciate the great service. Thanks, Pia

Positive experience

I had found it difficult to find the globes until I sourced them on the Ivory and Deene site. The price was very reasonable. The order was quickly packed and sent. It was very easy to track my order. The globes were packed very well.

Absolutely Gorgeous

I purchased 3 of these lights in the large size for over my kitchen bench and the look spectacular. The bench is 2700 long and the three lights fit perfectly for the area.

Beautiful lights and amazing customer service

Firstly I have to say 10/10 for customer service for these guys. They were very helpful when I had an issue with an item being out of stock but wanted to place one big order. Secondly the lights look so good. The fit perfect for the area where we needed them. It's a new build so they are dusty in the photos but the look excellent.

Stunning light fixture - dirty on the inside surface of the prisms

Have just had our light installed. Once out of the box and lit up it is evident that it is dirty internally between the prisms which are near impossible to clean. Not sure if the prisms can be removed for cleaning? Our light also has some slight imperfections noted by our electrician. Exterior marks are expected to need cleaning but not the inside of the prisms. Not sure if there has been a review on this previously?

Disappointed with the filling

I bought 2 of these chairs and I’m really disappointed. The outer casing and construction is good but the inner filling is terrible. It’s so dense and the particles seem too big so it’s almost impossible to re distribute the filling once it settles by sitting on it. I have to get my husband to do it and even he struggles using his whole body turning them on their side and leaning onto it. The filling becomes more dense as you sit on it and then takes on a hard feel and requires fluffing regularly for comfort. The back rest tends to lean forward because of the way my kids sit on them and I’ve now told them to stop sitting on them because they are bad for their backs. When emailing the company I got a very impersonal chat GPT response (dashes and all) of how sad too bad. I am genuinely surprised by the good reviews. Do we even have the same product?
