Product Warranty

Globes

All our globes have a 2 year warranty. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Electrical Fittings

All our fittings have a minimum 2 year warranty, if installed by a qualified electrician. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, lights that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Foam

Our foam has a limited 10 year warranty guaranteeing it not to go flat for over this time. Massaging your foam must be done regularly to keep the foam from being compacted for too long. Foam compacted for too long can result in each individual piece losing its ability to fill with air.

This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Bean Bag Cover

Our bean bag covers are protected by a limited 2 year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within two years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.

This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Fabrics

Our fabrics are protected by a limited 2 year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within two years from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.

This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

Decor

Our decor is protected by a limited 1 year warranty, which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within one year from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.

This warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use or without proof of purchase directly from Ivory & Deene, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.

These exclusions do not limit any rights or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
